We prepare a loan sheet which discloses, among others, the following information for each deal on the Platform:
- The amount of financing sought by the Borrower;
- The repayment schedule;
- The applicable interest rates;
- All fees payable by Borrower and Investors; and
- Other information about the Borrower.
