When a new deal is available on our platform, we always send an email notification and/or text message to inform all our approved Investors about it.

Can I be an investor if I don’t reside in Singapore?
Yes, you will be able to invest on our platform, but subject to certain country restrictions. You will also need to provide sufficient documentation so that we can verify your identity.
How long will it take to process my investor application?
We aim to process applications within 2 working days of receiving all required documents. Depending on the application, processing could take longer than 2 working days.
How to change my SmartFunding account details?
To change your SmartFunding account details, simply go to your profile page. You can change your name and phone number once there. In addition, you can also change your bank account details, as well as your security details.
Can I be both investor and borrower?
Yes. However, you will need to register under 2 accounts, i.e., one investor account and one borrower account using separate email addresses.
Is SmartFunding regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
Yes, as a Capital Market Services (CMS) License holder, SmartFunding is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to conduct the regulated activity of dealing in securities and investment advisory.
Can I own multiple SmartFunding accounts?
No, you can currently own only ONE investor account and ONE borrower account with SmartFunding.
